Ingredients to Make Your DIY Valentine’s Day Carrot Pupcakes

• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup cooking oil
• 1 mashed banana
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup honey (optional)
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Frosting

Peanut butter

Cream Cheese

  1. Preheat!

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Prepare Pan!

    Put some cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.

  3. Make the Batter!

    Then, combine the egg, peanut butter, oil, banana, and honey. Fold in the carrots. In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Pour the flour-baking soda mix into the bowl with the other ingredients. Blend well. Divide evenly into the cupcake wrappers.

  4. Bake!

    Put it in the oven for about 40 minutes or until fully cooked.

  5. Decorate!

    Mix peanut butter and cream cheese in a small bowl. Make sure the cream cheese is warm, it will help when mixing. You can ice this tasty frosting onto the pupcakes.

  6. Display and Enjoy!

    Stick the little decorations that come with the wrappers in the pupcakes, *optional: put them into this container*, and make sure to enjoy them!
