‘Tis the season for baking sweet treats, and while we all love to indulge this season, why not make some delicious, healthy treats for your dog to indulge in too! These Pup-kin Pie Dog cookies are pumpkin flavored and sure delight your dog this season. Make sure to follow the cinnamon measurements exactly. Too much may harm your dog. Ingredients for Pup-kin Pie Dog Cookies

You will need:

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon,

1/2 cup pumpkin puree,

2 cups flour

2 eggs

Water

Edible Markers

Materials:

Christmas cookie cutters

Measuring cups/spoons

Spoon

Directions for Pup-kin Pie Dog Cookies

  1. First, mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 cups of flour into a bowl.
  2. Next, put your 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree into another bowl.
  3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Slowly add water to make a doughy consistency.
  5. Use Christmas cookie cutters to cut shapes.
  6. Bake for about 20 mins in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Decorate with edible markers. (optional)
  8. Let cool before feeding your dog.

DO NOT add more cinnamon to this treat. Too much cinnamon is not good for your dog.
